Rubber bottom leather top pac boots have been standard wear in the north woods for over a century. They have always been warm and waterproof, but not very comfortable to walk in - until now! The Kenetrek Pac Boots provide the same warm and waterproof benefits in a redesigned boot that is made to walk in comfortably all day long, even in the mountains.

Oil-Tanned Leather Uppers - will take hundreds of miles through punishing conditions and show little signs of wear. Historically proven and tested, our heavy duty 6 ounce leather naturally repels water and wraps you in total support that does not feel as bulky as a traditional pac boot.

Removable 6mm Quilted Liners - Just as layered clothing keeps you warmer, we've quilted together three separate sections giving you an insulation system in your pac boot that keeps your foot dry and warm during high activity in extremely cold weather. Durable, wicking Isofix, 400 grams of Thinsulate Insulation, and 3mm of quality wool felt, allow moisture to wick from your feet while providing a thin but powerfully warm barrier with hiking boot agility.

Firm Grip Logger Lacing System - Simply put, your foot will stay firmly in place as you tightly lace up your leg. The heavy duty brass and steel hardware can take all the extra pulling strength you need, while the "Power D-Ring" system provides leverage and quickens the time it takes to get in or out of your pac boots.

Hand Laid Rubber Bottoms - To give you plywood like strength, we build our pac boot bottoms with 30 pieces of raw rubber and reinforcements, layered by hand, then vulcanized and fused into a waterproof piece many times stronger than a single piece of the same thickness. Steel shanks add the support needed to climb rocky terraces or make it through muddy bogs on your feet.
